About SGS Poland

SGS Polska was established on base of “Polskie Towarzystwo Kontroli” founded in 1929, and reactivated on 1947. In 1948, 49% of shares were taken over by SGS Switzerland and 51% by state owned company BHZ Transactor. Such structure functioned up to the end of 1990 year, and now SGS in Poland is 100% shared by SGS Switzerland with over 140 employees.
